Import Data From Spreadsheets
Quickly populate large amounts of data in a single click – Association Manager reads spreadsheet files (Excel files).
One-click-open into Excel
Throughout the system many data items can be opened directly into your favourite spreadsheet program.
Custom exports as Reports
Larger blocks of data can be exported via the Reports Manager. You can define a filter for your data and at the press of a button the data is saved as a file.

Customised Migration Facilities
Our customised versions of Association Manager comes with migrate from and to tools. We work with you to establish what formats of data you require, and then create customised tools to suit. This empowers your Association with complete control of your data – with Association Manager you’re never painted into a corner.
Custom “Migrate To” Tool
We can set up a “migrate to” tool to output your data in a format that you specify. This is typically for backups and support of legacy (older) systems.

We realise that you’ve probably been using some sort of computerised record keeping already – perhaps even a competitions management system like Association Manager.

Migrate from tools can can be used to compliment existing systems within your Association – such as proprietary Microsoft Access programs.
Native Compatibility
Aside from it’s data migration capabilities, Association Manager is designed to play well with others as-is. Rather than being a proprietary format, Association Manager works in Open Standards and it’s been designed for the Internet from the ground up.
We can facilitate privileged read only or write access to your Association Manager data by other systems, and we can also arrange clusters of Association Manager systems into data sharing groups (called “realms”).
