Features
The powerful suite of Association Manager functionality can be customised for many applications, but the basic package includes:
Pre-season nominations
During pre-season mode, the Association can gather submissions from clubs of what teams they wish to enter into the new season's competitions and also what grounds their club can provide. (This information can then be used to create fixtures.)
Grounds
Maintain a list of registered grounds in use by the Association (and relating to Clubs' nominations).
MS Office compatible
An Association can continue to work with their existing MS Office products – data can be imported/exported in MS Office formats (such as Excel spreadsheets).
Email communication
Associations have the ability to bulk email to all players and other members of their cricket family (sponsors, umpires, curators etc.)
Reports
All manner of data can be retrieved from the system in a variety of formats. Retrieved data can be filtered via self-help query tools. Data can be viewed on-screen in graphical formats (bar graphics etc.) or downloaded for other use in other formats (Excel spread sheets etc.)
Reviews
As well as match results, customised reports can be set up to be required for submission from teams at the end of the match. For example: umpire reviews, match reviews. This data can become vital statistical information for the Association.
Templates
Output data (results, fixtures etc.) can be customised at an Association level via customisable templates.
Custom plug-ins
Association Manager supports custom plug-ins enabling the system to interact with other programs.
Umpire registrations
Maintain a list of official umpires for an Association (which are contact-able through other systems like SMS and bulk email). Umpires can be integrated into other facilities like Reviews Š enabling Associations to retrieve umpire performance assessments from teams. (This feature is optional, Associations can choose to use it or not.)
Technical settings
Association Manager facilitates management of numerous technical settings so an AssociationÕs technical staffs can self-manage many issues, rather than requiring additional vendor support.
Auto-notifications
Associations can set up automated email messages based on certain events that occur during the season. For example - if results are late, a warning or penalty message can be sent to offending clubs.
Users and permissions
Maintain a set of users at both a club and Association level. Users can have granular permissions. This makes it easy for Associations to assign particular tasks to staff members.
Auto publishing
Results, fixtures, tables etc. can be set up for auto-publishing. Typically this enables much of the season to run automatically.
Advertising
Online banner advertising can be integrated into the club-level console and published material (results, tables etc.).
Automated events
Once a season is set up, it runs automatically promoting relevant parties (club, Association) when required.
Custom tables calculations methods
Custom premiership tables points formulas can be set up for any grade, in any competition.
