There are three versions of Association Manager: Basic, Custom and Enterprise. We can tailor a version of to suit the unique needs of your Association.

All versions of Association Manager are built from the same core engine. It’s a Web-based system so you or your Clubs won’t need any extra software to use it – you just need access to the Internet.

Association Manager Basic

Association Manager Basic includes all of our standard features. It is designed as an entry level system for smaller Associations wanting a complete “off the shelf” solution. It provides you with a complete management solution and an online presence for your Association. Create fixtures, manage results, communicate to all stake-holders – Association Manager Basic provides your volunteers with a complete toolset to manage your competitions from an office or from home. With Association Manager everything is always in the one place, where ever your are.

Association Manager Basic also includes the set-up of your domain name (web address) and email (if your haven’t already got it). For one low cost your Association is online and ready to go.

Association Manager Custom

Our most common solution is Association Manager Custom. If you’re a larger Association, you’re probably a little set in your way of doing things already. Rather than changing your Association to work around Association Manager, we set up Association Manager to work around your Association.

Have you already got an elaborate website? We can integrate Association Manager’s results and statistics systems into there. Perhaps you’re already running numerous internal systems such as custom Microsoft Access programs? We can set up Association Manager to "talk to" your existing systems. How are you tallying up match points? We can implement custom tables calculation routines to suit.

Our Custom version also comes with speical customised data migration tools – so you have the power to translate data between your existing system and Association Manager. With Association Manager, your data is never trapped in a proprietary format.

Association Manager Enterprise

If you’re a large organisation managing smaller Associations, Association Manager Enterprise is perfect for you. Association Manager Enterprise is a powerful multi-association platform that provides you with a special Web-console to that lets you create, track and manage your own installations of Association Manager.

At the click of a button you can spawn your own Association Manager systems for your Associations – and your can also organise data sharing between Associations with facilities to set up data sharing groups (called "realms").

As part of the delivery of an Enterprise system we also offer consulting on the set-up of your network. If your Association wants to keep things running in-house, we can help with configuration of your server(s) – or we can suggest third party options, or alternatively still we can offer complete web hosting for you.
